Sorry, No Syllabus For You

At the University of Wisconsin at Oshkosh this fall, the only thing professors may hand out the first day of class is a URL. That's because they've been ordered by the administration to stop distributing paper copies of the course syllabus. Seems they are dealing with a constrained budget and this is seen as a cost saving measure. Read more at: http://insidehighered.com/news/2005/08/22/syllabi
