In his latest column for Campus Technology, Terry Calhoun asks, "How do you get the news?" and talks about some of the resources he uses for staying up to date with higher education, world news, and more. I was surprised that he doesn't yet use RSS technology (but probably will eventually) - and that he neglects to mention Kept-Up as part of his regimen for daily higher education news. I was surprised too that Calhoun doesn't use RSS.
Maybe, my last column in the June issue of University Business ("RSS: The Next Big Thing in University Web Communications") will help him change his mind... I even offer readers to create a free Bloglines account loaded with the best higher ed RSS feeds (including Kept-Up, of course :-).
