To address these alumni needs, the Northern Illinois University Alumni Association has recently begun offering special pricing on career assessment and planning packages for alumni, their spouses, children and grandchildren as part of their membership benefits. Career Vision is the partner chosen to offer these services, which address the most critical first step in making great career decisions: identifying careers (and college majors, for high school and college-aged students) that are an excellent fit for an individual's aptitudes (objectively measured natural talents), interests, values and personality. These services are ideal for alumni who are considering a career change (whether they have an idea of what they would like to do or not) and students who want a career goal that motivates them and builds confidence.
