Minorities are often at risk in school since they don't learn how to handle school subjects and the school experience very well. No one really shows them so they are very unprepared for higher education.

There's help for Middle School - Home School - High School --- Community College - Trade and Tech Schools - 4-Year College/ University students (study skill books, materials, web sites)
It's worth checking out for the help students need without having to wait for the government, corporations or schools to get organized to do something.
