CRM For IHEs

IHEs need to better leverage technology in areas such as fund raising, alumni relations, and student retention, according to a recent survey of senior administrators at higher-education institutions nationwide. Schools with home-grown solutions for managing student and alumni relations will need to invest in better software to capture and leverage data regarding important prospects, donors, alumni, and friends. The answer may be Constituent Relationship Management software. Read more at:
