There have been lots of articles in the last two weeks about the higher education situation in the Gulf Coast in the wake of Katrina. Here's one that made me sit up and take notice. Princeton and Brown have offered staff to help repair facilities, restock libraries, plan classes and other tasks, to help Dillard University, a historically black college, rebuild. Both universities offered help, and then decided to team up. Read more at:
